Heritage Boutique's Waitak Estate Chef Team Wins

HERITAGE BOUTIQUE COLLECTION - AUCKLAND’S WAITAKERE ESTATE CHEFS CULINARY COUP – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Auckland’s Waitakere Estate team of chefs all participated in the recent Restaurant Association 2014 Culinary Fare. The team came home with plenty of medals for the mantel piece. Head Chef, Atesh Ram, won gold in the beef open and bronze in the mystery box in the live competitions. Sous chef, Kamal Singh, won bronze in the salmon section and pastry chef Jessica Manyee won silver in the dessert open.
