Vero wins Most Valued Insurer award from IBANZ
Vero Insurance was awarded the Most Valued Insurer for the seventh time since 2002 by the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand last night.
"We are focussed on delivering excellent customer service and being able to respond and adapt to customer needs at Vero. The value we deliver has been acknowledged by our broker partners in the survey and this award," said Gary Dransfield, Vero Chief Executive.
Brokers and support staff identified Vero as a top performer across the three main categories of image and reputation, products and support and prices and commission.
"We have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with our broker partners and now more than ever we appreciate their professionalism, support and commitment to us," said Mr Dransfield.
"We would also like to extend our congratulations to Martin Lines from Crombie Lockwood, Napier who won the Vero sponsored Outstanding Broking Professional award last night," said Mr Dransfield.
