IDATA New Business Appt Notices

November 2014

Data storage, replication, protection and virtualisation experts IDATA Resolutions has made a number of key appointments within its business.

Sanoop Kuniel
Sanoop Kuniel has been appointed to the position of Solutions Architect.

Sanoop is a highly experienced technical consultant, with over 11 years’ experience working in the IT industry in Singapore, India and New Zealand.

As well as being a highly regarded infrastructure architect, Sanoop brings to the role a wealth of experience working within the storage, virtualisation and data protection fields. He is also an accomplished engineer in IBM System p and IBM storage subsystems, and has expertise in Linux, AIX, Solaris and Windows platforms.

Sanoop has a range of professional qualifications including: TOGAF, IBM Certified Infrastructure Systems Architect (ISA) and IBM Certified Solutions Architect – Cloud. He is also a VMware Certified Professional.

Hans Beyer-Rieger
Hans Beyer-Rieger has been appointed to the position of Account Manager.

He will be responsible for relationship management and business development in the Wellington and Palmerston North regions.

Hans brings to the role a wealth of strategic relationship management expertise gained while working in roles at IBM, Red Tickets, NZ Post and Eyede. More recently he was New Zealand Sales Manager for Morpho where he worked with key customers including New Zealand Customs, DIA and MBIE.

Hans has a Bachelor of Commerce and sits on the Matatera Ahu Whenua Trust.

Craig Ferguson
Craig Ferguson has been appointed to the position of Services Manager.

Prior to joining IDATA, Craig spent over 14 years working at Hewlett-Packard where he specialised in the organisation’s Enterprise Server, Storage and Data Protection solutions. His most recent role with them was as Account Support Manager servicing their top customers.

Craig has a strong interest in competing operating systems that encompass virtualisation suites.
