Newmarket Gives Away Thousands for Christmas

MEDIA RELEASE

“Newmarket Gives Away Thousands for Christmas”

Saturday 22nd November marks the start of Newmarket’s new Christmas campaign - ANZ & Newmarket ‘Undercover Santa’. Armed with $5,000 in ANZ sponsored vouchers, plus gifts, store vouchers and giveaways from Newmarket businesses, a group of high profile New Zealanders will be acting as “Undercover Santa’s” in Newmarket up until Christmas.

Newmarket Business Association Chief Executive, Mark Knoff-Thomas says “We have been absolutely blown away by the response from our celebrity Undercover Santa’s. We have some of the biggest names in the media and from show biz getting on board to help make this the best ever Newmarket Christmas. We will be providing clues via our social media channels so shoppers and diners will have some idea where our Undercover Santa’s may be.”

The first Undercover Santa will be out and about around Newmarket from mid-morning tomorrow, with others joining throughout the next 4 weeks.

ANZ Newmarket has provided the major prize of an additional $5,000 which will be drawn at midday on 23rd December 2014.
