Alexander Communications Joins TTL Group

PR firm Alexander Communications (AC), which marks its 10th anniversary in 2015 has joined forces with national management and healthcare consulting enterprise TTL Group, led by managing director Karna Luke. AC founders Kate and Dwayne Alexander will serve as joint CEOs.

Dwayne Alexander says, “This is an exciting progression for our business, and we are grateful for the support of our longstanding staff and loyal clients. We have worked on a number of projects with Karna since 2009 and our shared focus on high-level strategic communications ensures a good fit between the two companies and cultures and presents the opportunity to expand our services.

“There will be no changes to our current team or core service offering, and we will continue to operate as Alexander Communications. This is an opportunity for our team to be part of something bigger and increase their own professional development.”

A member of global PR network IPREX since 2012, AC is known for its high-profile work in corporate, retail and business communication, and Mr Luke says the group plans to grow AC organically and by acquisition as opportunities arise.

“It makes sense for the companies to collaborate given their common strategic approach to client service. TTL Group operates in the public and private sectors both domestically and internationally, with particular depth of expertise in strategy, execution, and managing complex strategic and tactical business change programmes, including for listed companies. TTL Group also has specialist expertise that helps companies to prepare for IPOs.”
