December 9, 2014

International expert appointed to head Page + Co’s expanding architecture and project management practice

Successful fifth generation large-scale retail fit-out firm, Page + Co, have appointed expert commercial interior designer, Werner Schutte, to head its rapidly expanding architecture and project management practice.

Werner is a professionally qualified senior interior designer with considerable experience within the highly competitive commercial and retail sectors of the Middle East, South Africa and New Zealand.

Recently returning to New Zealand from Qatar, Werner, says he is thrilled to be back and running the Professional Services division of the country’s leading integrated service provider in the retail development space

‘Page + Co’s ‘one-stop-shop’ approach to retail development is quite unique in the market,” says Werner.

“Being able to offer clients with a total turn-key solution, providing services and skills all the way from concept to completion, for their retail development project has huge advantages for them.

“Not only do they get a seamless and efficient service but they only have to deal with one project manager and one company throughout their entire fit-out project,’ says Werner.

“On a personal level it makes it much easier and effective to work with colleagues from within the same firm than ‘unknown’ contractors you have to outsource work to.”

Clients benefiting from the commercial advantages of Page + Co’s integrated services model include: Michael Hill, Z Energy, Liquor King, Priceline Pharmacy, Ice Breaker, Robert Harris, Emma and Roe & Decjuba.
