Appointment of Non Executive Director

The board of thl are pleased to announce the appointment of Gráinne Troute to the board as a non executive director commencing February 1st 2015.

As mentioned at the Annual Meeting on the 26th November with the retirement of Graeme Bowker in February 2015 the board has been conducting a search for a suitable board member.

Chairman, Mr Rob Campbell said: “With an extensive background in business leadership, change management, people and process Gráinne will without a doubt add value to thl."

Gráinne’s background includes Managing Director and executive roles across a broad range of industries including her current role as General Manager Corporate Services at SKYCITY and previously as Managing Director of McDonald’s Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited as well as governance roles within the charitable trust sector.

Under the NZX listing rules Gráinne is an independent director.
