JLL promotes Mark Grant and Mary Derksen

AUCKLAND, 15th January 2015 – Mark Grant has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer at JLL which he will combine with his current role as Head of Markets. Mark’s expanded role is centred on regulatory and compliance, implementation of key strategic initiatives and ensuring JLL have a highly effective, flexible and efficient operational platform nationally.

Mary Derksen has been promoted to Finance Manager, working with the Finance team in Asia Pacific to ensure JLL New Zealand has world class financial processes to enhance profits. Mary’s new role will include maintaining statutory accounts, monthly reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting and an annual audit.
