Kiwibank slashes five-year home loan mortgage rate

Kiwibank has slashed 0.60% from its five-year mortgage rate with a special offer of 5.89% p.a. The offer requires a minimum 20% deposit.

Kiwibank opened its New Year mortgage promotion a fortnight ago with a two-year rate of 5.55%. This rate is still available. A cash bonus of $2015 is also on offer for new lending. This includes the new five-year rate.
