John van Winden, business owner, established the Franklin District office in 2009, and now manages $140 million worth of home loans in the Pukekohe, Waiuku area.
New Zealand Home Loans offers each of its clients a personalized service carefully structured to meet each customer’s specific needs. “We spend a lot of time with clients to understand their milestones and look at how we structure their loan to make sure that their Home Loan works for them,” says John van Winden.
Clients are given the use of Debtnav, a tool specially developed to help them manage their money and achieve their goals towards becoming debt free.

John and his team at New Zealand Home Loans Franklin district have a unique partnership with the team at Century 21 Manurewa.
John has known Derryn Mayne, Licensed agent of Century21 Gold Real-Estate Manurewa, for a number of years and says the partnership works extremely well due to the professionalism of Derryn and her team. “I would send any of my clients to Derryn. When speaking about plans for the future John says: “We would like to be known as the most professional provider for home loans in Franklin and be noticed for what we do.” John van Winden and his team are really about the people they work with and they want to “help people become financially better off”.
