Randstad appoints from within to lead New Zealand

Brien Keegan announced as Country Manager of Randstad New Zealand

New Zealand, 9 March, 2015 - Recruitment and HR specialists Randstad, has appointed Brien Keegan as the Country Manager of New Zealand.

Having worked within Randstad for almost nine years, Mr Keegan has most recently been responsible for product management and new product development across Randstad Asia Pacific in his capacity as Director of Business Concept Development.

Mr Keegan has held a variety of roles at Randstad across Australia, Canada and New Zealand, as well as Hong Kong, where he grew the team from 13 to 50 members as Director of Randstad Hong Kong.

His appointment was announced by Deb Loveridge, Managing Director – Asia Pacific, who says she is pleased to appoint such a great leader from within the Randstad team.

“At Randstad we have a global ambition to appoint 80% of our key roles from within our organisation and we are delighted to have someone with Brien’s depth of experience, company and industry knowledge. With his appointment as Country Manager of New Zealand, Brien will lead the New Zealand team, ensuring Randstad continues to lead the HR services within that market.”

Mr Keegan says that he is looking forward to drawing on his experience working in other markets to lead the New Zealand team.

“With a strong New Zealand economy and a competitive labour market in which highly skilled and talented employees are increasingly hard to find, it is an exciting time to be leading the New Zealand team.”
