Keynote Speakers Announced for CIO Summit 2015

Nominations for CIO Awards Now Open

Auckland, 10 March 2015 - Conferenz and IDC today announced the programme for CIO Summit 2015 - 'Confronting disruption, the future of business technology'. Held on 9-10th June at Skycity, the Summit has again attracted influential IT and business leaders as speakers from innovative organisations which this year include NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, the City of Asheville in North Carolina and IAG New Zealand.

Now in its 9th year, the CIO Summit is recognised as New Zealand's premier professional development forum for senior ICT executives. New for 2015 are a technology demonstration zone and 'techpass', a short stay option to allow a CIO's direct reports, technical team leaders and key IT advisors to attend any of 16 expert seminars on day 2.

Ullrich Loeffler, Managing Director of IDC Australia and New Zealand, says "We are excited to announce the 2015 programme which features a range of breakout options tailored for the broader ICT and management teams. ICT is all about innovation and evolution and the CIO Summit is no exception to this."

The programme features presentations from more than 20 New Zealand listed companies, government agencies and NGOs, as well as global technology brands.

The seven keynote speakers are:

Jonathan Feldman, CIO, City of Asheville, North Carolina - Delivering operational excellence, security and innovation within the City of Asheville.
