ManaBus.com – More than 70,000 passengers and counting

Auckland, 12 March 2015 – More than 70,000 passengers in four months. That’s the claim to fame of new express city-to-city coach operator ManaBus.com.
Sheryll Otway, ManaBus.com CEO says that customer feedback has been overwhelming.

“A big thank you goes to all of the customers who have supported us since we launched in November, and to the ManaBus.com drivers and attendants who take such great care of them.

“As a new brand we have a lot to prove, and our people are a big part of how ManaBus.com is received in the market. We couldn’t be happier with our team and we’re delighted with how customers have gotten behind us. There’s been a few challenges along the way, as there is with any new business, but overall we are thrilled with the level of support.”

ManaBus.com launched its Auckland to Wellington service on 21 November 2014 and phased in the remainder of its timetable by 19 December. The company has a fleet of six distinctive red double deck luxury coaches that provide regular, convenient and reliable connections between eight North Island destinations, from Whangarei to Wellington, including seven daily connections (in each direction) between Hamilton and Auckland.

In international markets such as the UK, North America, Poland and Finland, ManaBus.com’s sister companies have reinvigorated the public transport sector and encouraged people out of their cars.

Ms Otway says that the company is very pleased with its progress.

“Demand is there for a fast, modern and innovative city to city express coach travel. As word spreads we are hoping that even more people will travel by ManaBus.com. With our high end luxury coaches, fewer stops and attendants aboard longer trips we are taking customer service to a new level.

“We are already looking at what this means for ManaBus.com and are carefully considering how and when we bring on new destinations.”

Tickets and timetables can be booked and viewed online at www.manabus.com, with prices starting from $1 plus a $1 booking fee and lots of exceptionally low fares available on all services. There are no hidden or last minute charges or fees and pricing includes luggage, free Wi-Fi and at-seat power as well as complimentary refreshments on selected services.
