HVAC&R Trade Exhibition And Industry Conference New Zealand 14-16 May 2015


The Institute of Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers Inc. (IRHACE), Climate Control Companies Association (CCCA) and Refrigerant License New Zealand (RLNZ) announce details of their annual Trade Exhibition and Industry Conference.

The Air Force Museum in Wigram, Christchurch will host the trade exhibition and industry conference Thursday 14 May - Friday 15 May inclusive. Association AGMs and formal awards function will be held at Rydges Latimer Hotel Saturday 16 May.

This event will be officially opened at the networking function, Air Force Museum Thursday 14 May by Councilor Phil Clearwater, from Christchurch City Council.

‘Phenomenal engagement with participation exceeding expectations, 53 companies and 68 trade stands are involved in this event over two days’, says Paul Town, Executive Officer for the associations.

With a variety of technologies, products and trends the trade exhibition will bring together all participants of the industry from manufacturers and suppliers right through to the decision makers, buyers and end users.

It is free to attend the trade exhibition. Opening hours are:

Thursday 14 May 11:30am-4:30pm and Friday 15 May 09:00am-5:00pm

Keynote speaker Jacinda Ardern, Labour List MP will be presenting on ‘NZ: The Small Business Nation”. Technical speakers include Justin Hill and Graeme Wills from Beca presenting on the revolutionary: Christchurch Airport Artesian Heating and Cooling and international speaker Simon Wild, one of Australia’s leading sustainable design consultants from Lend Lease will explain ‘How Chillers will change the world’. Other topics include: HVAC, Seismic Safety, Energy Efficiency in HVAC&R, What's happening with AS/NZS1677? | Trans-Critical CO2 - Why? The Effects of Counterfeit Refrigerants.
