Bishop encourages nominations for Wellington Region Business Hall of Fame
National List MP Based in the Hutt
Valley, Chris Bishop is encouraging Hutt residents to
nominate a business to the Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce,
for induction into the “Wellington Region Business Hall of
Fame”.
2015 is the inaugural year for the Hall of Fame. Eight businesses will be recognised each year.
“It’s important to recognise excellence in business, and the contributions that our local businesses make to our community.” Mr Bishop says.
“It is great that the awards will recognise sustainable businesses that add value to the community and social fabric within the Hutt Valley and beyond.”
The eight businesses will be inducted into the prestigious "Wellington Region Hall of Fame" at a dinner to be hosted at the Petone Working Man’s Club on Friday July 10, 2015. Nominations close on May 8, 2015.
