Local Accounting Firm wins National Award

At the New Zealand 2014 Xero Awards held on Friday night, a local accounting firm with a passion for positive social impact was recognised as the winner of the 100% Xero Award.

Enspiral Accounting was the 2014 recipient of the Award, which celebrates accounting firms who work 100% with Xero. With over 75 nominations across 10 categories, the success of Enspiral Accounting at the awards ceremony is outstanding especially given that the firm is only been in operation since 2012.

One of the Enspiral Accounting founders, Anthony Rohan, said that he was ecstatic, humbled and extremely proud of the 100% Xero Award, and wanted to acknowledge the game changing nature of Xero. “Xero, and the tools which they have created, has enabled us to create a lean accounting firm and to allow us to spend more time doing the work we love with our clients, rather than being inundated with administration tasks. Without Xero, it would have been incredibly challenging to start Enspiral Accounting.”

The criteria for the 100% Xero Award requires that the firm demonstrates its active use of the Xero ecosystem to deliver value to their clients. With 100% of their clients using Xero, Enspiral Accounting is able to consistently demonstrate the enhanced productivity and increased value that they are bringing to the table. However, the value of Xero is also felt by Enspiral Accounting's clients: Anthony says that one of key advantages for clients is “it’s accounting software that allows us to work alongside them so that they can focus on what they do best.”
