Sistema Plastics USA and Canada partnership
New partnership strengthens Sistema Plastics USA and Canada market presence.
Brendan Lindsay Managing Director of Sistema Plastics Ltd and Simon Kirby President Sistema USA, distributor of Sistema products, announced they would be forming a 50/50 joint venture company to takeover and manage the distribution and sales of Sistema product in USA and Canada.
The new partnership company Sistema Plastics US LLC will bring real benefits to the continued expansion of US and Canadian markets through shared information systems, increased capacity opportunities as well as the financial strength that Sistema Plastics brings to the company.
In making the announcement Mr Lindsay noted that this partnership will allow the business to take full advantage of the huge opportunity that exists in the US market. "Sistema product is either on the shelves or on the radar of the major retailers and our new joint venture will mean we can work together to take advantage of the growing demand for Sistema products on the American continent."
