Pushpay expands into Canada

Pushpay expands into Canada

Auckland, New Zealand | Redmond, Washington, USA – 4 September 2015

Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PAY) (‘Pushpay’ or ‘the Company’) announces that its payment solutions that facilitate fast, secure and easy non-point of sale payments are now available in Canada.

Following increased demand from the Canadian faith sector, Pushpay has made its payment solutions available in Canada, a market consisting of over 15,000 churches. The Company has made the necessary product changes to support Canadian merchants and will service the Canadian faith sector through its Seattle, Washington, USA office.

Pushpay’s Chief Executive, Chris Heaslip said, “We are excited to be expanding our payment solutions into Canada. Although at this stage our main focus remains on the USA faith sector, opening up a presence in the Canadian market is a natural progression for the Company and gives the Canadian faith sector access to convenient, personalised and intuitive payment solutions.

“We remain confident that we will achieve our target of expanding our merchant base by 100% to over 2,000 merchants in the six months to 30 September 2015.”

Pushpay plans to release its operational update for the quarter ended 30 September 2015 on Thursday, 8 October 2015.
