Promapp Accelerates Expansion

Promapp Accelerates Expansion with Global Channel Manager and Business Development Manager Appointments

Auckland, 30 November 2015 – Promapp Solutions, an industry leading provider of cloud-based process management (BPM) software for creating and storing business processes online, has announced the appointment of Vivienne Larsen as the company’s Global Channel Manager, based in Auckland. At the same time, the company is expanding its presence in Australia with the appointment of Ian Weide as Business Development Manager for Victoria, based in Melbourne.

Larsen joins Promapp with over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry, having previously worked in distribution sales and channel management. She will be responsible for driving new cloud subscription revenue opportunities across New Zealand, Australia and the US through new and existing Promapp partners, including process consultants, consulting firms and IT services companies.

Most recently, Larsen was New Zealand Channel Manager at Avaya where she led, developed and managed key reseller partnerships for the company across the country.

Previously, Larsen worked at EMC as New Zealand Channel Manager where she was focused on local reseller partner development. Prior, she was Company Director and Director of Marketing at Ingram Micro/Tech Pacific New Zealand.

Based in Victoria, Weide will have responsibility for driving sales of the company’s range of BPM solutions and supporting the company’s channel partners in the region.

Weide joins Promapp with 15 years’ experience in business-to-business sales and business analysis. Most recently as Key Account Manager at Experian Australia, Weide was responsible for account managemement and revenue growth in the banking, utility, public sector and retail industries.

Weide was previously New Business Sales Manager for IGD, where he was responsible for developing Australia into IGD’s largest international market. Prior, he worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Safeway Stores where he had responsibility for formulating and developing Safeway’s supply chain and eBusiness.
