JLL’s Auckland valuation division appoints two new Directors

AUCKLAND - JLL’s Valuation and Advisory team is in a rapid growth mode bringing on board two new senior members, Glenn Loraine and Wouter Robberts.

Dave Wigmore, National Director of Valuation and Advisory at JLL says, “Glenn and Wouter each bring a high level of professionalism and strong experience to the team that will reinforce our dominate position in the market.”

Glenn joins JLL as an Associate Director and brings with him extensive valuations experience particularly in commercial asset classes within Auckland’s CBD and fringe suburbs. Previously Glenn worked with CBRE, Darroch and predecessor company DTZ for a combined 12 years where he gained strong experience within specialist markets such as lessor and lessee interest valuations, ground rent reviews, feasibility valuations, retirement villages and medical and surgical centres.

Newly appointed Wouter Robberts joins JLL as Director after moving from CBRE’s South Auckland Valuation and Advisory division. Wouter has more than 25 years of international experience in valuations, property advisory, rental negotiations and arbitrations, working in both government and private sectors of the property valuation profession.

Wouter’s experience covers a wide range of commercial and industrial properties including valuations of specialised assets such as leasehold and aircraft hangars within New Zealand and South Africa markets.
