Rockburn Wines has just finished off 2015 with a bang and awarded 5-Stars in Michael Cooper’s Wine Buyer’s Guide for its Rockburn Pinot Noir 2013.

Already the wine has been awarded an enviable; Pure Gold, Bragato 2015; 5 stars, Top 10 (No.3), Cuisine Magazine May Issue 2015; Blue-Gold Awards, Sydney International Wine Competition 2015; Pure Gold, Bragato 2014; Double-Gold, China Wine & Spirits Awards Best Value 2015.

Rockburn was also awarded 5-stars for its Eleven Barrels 2013 Pinot Noir and 4.5 stars for its’ 2014 Tigermoth Riesling.

Michael Cooper’s Wine Buyer’s Guide is the Michael Cooper is New Zealand’s most acclaimed wine writer and author of the country’s biggest-selling wine book, the annual New Zealand Wines: Michael Cooper’s Buyer’s Guide, now in its 24th edition.

In 2014 Rockburn’s 2013 Pinot Noir was awarded #1 Pinot Noir in Cuisine Magazine Nov / December edition and the previous year the Rockburn Pinot Noir 2012 was in Cuisine’s top 10. Rockburn is the only Central Otago producer to have been in the Top 10 for the last three consecutive Pinot Noir tastings.
