Margot Keegan joins Customise Consulting

Specialist recruitment and search firm Customise Consulting has been doing some recruitment of its own and appointed Margot Keegan as its latest Partner after a number of successful years working with global recruitment firms in APAC.

At Customise Consulting Keegan specialises in the sourcing and placement of Communications Professionals (Digital and Traditional) within the corporate sector, primarily at a senior level.

Founder and Managing Director, Johnny Robinson, says; “We’re delighted to have Margot join us, she brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge, has a delightful personality and excellent reputation. We feel privileged to have her on our team especially with the amount of interest in her from both global and boutique competitors.”

“Our medium-term ambition is for Customise to be the most preferred senior level recruitment firm in New Zealand and with Margot on board we’re one step closer to achieving that.”

Keegan’s recruitment career started in Sydney with Hudson Global Resources back in 2007. Time in Auckland and Wellington with Randstad followed before she made the move to Hong Kong with Chandler Macleod, previously Inspire Search and Selection, in 2011.

“I’m genuinely delighted to join the Customise team. The freedom and empowerment Customise offers experienced consultants is very unique in NZ agencies. It’s a smarter way of working and I love the modern business model that’s focused on relationships and delivery over KPI’s.”

Founded in 2008, the Auckland based firm now numbers 10 staff and has just moved into newly refurbished offices in Newmarket. They specialise in ICT, Digital, Sales, Marketing and Executive recruitment services.
