Cameron Bailey tops Harcourts International awards

Christchurch’s Cameron Bailey is the top Harcourts sales consultant in the world.

Cameron, who is based at Harcourts Gold Realty Ltd’s Papanui office, was named the number one Harcourts consultant internationally at a ceremony following the 2016 Harcourts International Conference in Auckland earlier this week.

The honour comes after three consecutive years at number two internationally for Cameron. He was also named New Zealand’s top sales consultant and top auction/tender lister nationally.

He says his rise to the top is an extremely satisfying reward for both himself and his team, after an immense amount of hard work and dedication.

“It’s not really about the past year, it’s about the past 11 years of hard work. It’s really pleasing to have those long hours pay off with making it to number one.

“I think the key is having a great team, and understanding that real estate is a lifestyle and not just a job,” Cameron says. “I love Christchurch and know every corner of it. A genuine love of the area and the people who live here helps me do the very best for my clients.”

Gold Real Estate’s Papanui office was also named Harcourts number one office internationally.

Harcourts NZ CEO Chris Kennedy says Cameron’s top placing was incredibly well-deserved. “Around 80% of Cameron’s business is through referrals or repeat customers.

Harcourts International Awards rate the top offices and top consultants across all ten countries in which Harcourts operates.
