Statement By Facilitate Communications LTD.

14 June 2016

Facilitate Communications Ltd today confirmed that it had received documents from lawyers representing Professor Swinburn, Professor Sellman and Mr Bradbrook.

The Company is currently reviewing the documents and the allegations being made.

The Managing Director of Facilitate Communications – Carrick Graham, said that “he is surprised at this move considering that over the past few years there has been a number of interactions with Professor Swinburn which were friendly and at no stage have concerns been raised with me.”

“It is also surprising considering even a few weeks ago Professor Swinburn was happy to be included in a private Twitter message to me showing him enjoying cupcakes in his University office,” said Mr Graham.

Neither Facilitate Communications Ltd nor its Managing Director will be commenting specifically on the contents of the document at this stage.
