Launch of the BIC CLIC 60th year celebration

Launch of the BIC CLIC® 60th year celebration

Media Release 29 June 2016

This morning BIC and OfficeMax celebrated BIC CLIC’s 60th Birthday at OfficeMax’s head office in Auckland.

Over 600 OfficeMax staff and BIC staff from Australia and New Zealand celebrated a successful 60 year partnership and the BIC CLIC® 60th Birthday in New Zealand, with each guest receiving a limited edition BIC CLIC® gold pen and postcard intended to be filled out and posted to someone they are thankful to.

No birthday celebration is complete without a birthday cake and this celebration was no exception. Each of the guests received a slice of a 1.6m chocolate mud cake replica of the BIC CLIC® pen. The cake took 39 hours to make and was equivalent to 24 full mud cakes!

BIC CLIC® wants to say thanks to businesses and consumers for their loyalty and support over the past 60 years.

The limited edition metallic pens are available in stores for the month of July only.
