Suncorp New Zealand announces resignation of EGM Customer Experience

Suncorp New Zealand CEO Paul Smeaton today announced the resignation of Executive General Manager Customer Experience, Nadine Tereora.

Ms Tereora joined Suncorp in 2012 and was Executive General Manager of Suncorp Life New Zealand and CEO of Asteron Life before moving into the newly created role of EGM Customer Experience earlier this year.

"Nadine has made an immense contribution to the business. Her leadership, innovation and strong customer focus leaves us in a strong position for the future,” said Paul Smeaton.

Ms Tereora is leaving Suncorp New Zealand to take on the role of CEO at Fidelity Life. An internal and external search will now be conducted to secure her replacement.

"On behalf of Suncorp New Zealand, I would like to thank Nadine and wish her every success for the future,” said Mr Smeaton.
