Restaurant Hub joins forces with Eveve software

Restaurant Hub has partnered with Eveve software to bring restaurants throughout New Zealand a streamlined booking system. It directly connects customers to New Zealand’s largest restaurant booking and marketing network, allowing them to make instantly confirmed reservations.

Restaurant Hub is co-founded by Mark Gregory and Richard Small. Mark is New Zealand’s first Royal Academy Master of Culinary Arts, and is the founder and co-owner of Eveve New Zealand and Restaurant Hub. His immense knowledge of the industry means he is perfectly suited to understanding how diners like to discover and book in the modern world.

With owners in mind, Restaurant Hub allows restaurants to be marketed to huge audiences with no listing fee. Restaurants pay a small booking fee only when the customer books and dines at the restaurant.

The site creates a one-stop destination for users looking to book a table or grab a great dining deal. It is an eCommerce booking platform that uses the Eveve software, pulling together dining options and deals that the consumer can view, compare and book all in one place. It is a similar concept to existing flight and hotel-booking sites such as Webjet, Trivago and Booking.com, so many customers will be familiar with the process.

The Restaurant Hub booking form enables bookings to be made on the reviewer’s site, allowing consumers to book directly from where they are reading the review. The site also features reviews from NZ Herald Viva and Canvas, and Metro Eats. The booking form will also be integrated into NewZealand.com, and other trusted dining sites. Restaurant Hub will promote its partnered restaurants through a nation-wide marketing campaign, launching mid-August. There are currently no direct competitors in New Zealand, with no other business-to-consumer sites with the breadth of restaurants being directly bookable.

Restaurants will receive the build, install and training on the Eveve software at no cost. The system can be used on the restaurant’s business website in addition to being listed on Restaurant Hub and its booking partner network. The Restaurant Hub online booking form makes it possible for restaurants to add an online booking capability to their Facebook and Google search offerings. Restaurant Hub also allows businesses to promote exclusive dining promotions and events.
