Century 21 launches its home loans service

Century 21’s new home loans service was officially launched at the company’s national awards ceremony last night in Auckland by Geoff Barnett, National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.

“Having each and every one of our Century 21 offices throughout the country now also offering a comprehensive home loans service will only strengthen our proposition in the local real estate marketplace,” says Mr Barnett.

“Getting into the business of mortgage broking effectively means every Century 21 office can now access a wide range of lending deals for our clients. This ultimately means Century 21 has greater access to more borrowing flexibility, opportunity and choice than what a traditional mainstream retail bank can offer.”

Mr Barnett says the company’s new home loans service will only help cement Century 21 as a strong and growing real estate brand here in New Zealand - building on its already world-famous brand and reputation for superior client service.

“We see this as a huge plus for Century 21 as we drive its growth across New Zealand with an eye to list more properties, open more branches, employ more people, and most importantly get more Kiwis into home ownership,” says Mr Barnett
