NZ Sotheby’s International Realty launches brand new office

New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty launches brand new office in Waiheke Island

As demand for premium properties in Waiheke Island continues to soar, New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty is gaining a foothold in the local market with a brand new office.

NZSIR officially opened its purpose-built Waiheke Island office on 151 Ocean View Road at Oneroa Beach yesterday. Overlooking the bay and in a prime location, the office has exposure to the main street and restaurants, whilst providing a discreet location for vendors and customers to conduct business.

Well-known and experienced Waiheke real estate agents Louise and Andy Roke are the island’s first NZSIR licencees, joining the brand on August 1.

NZSIR business development director Chris Jones says having the Rokes on board means NZSIR has the ability to sell anything from the bach to the mansion.

“Vendors of true premium property now have the premium brand represented on Waiheke Island, and with two of the island’s most experienced agents we are making our brand accessible to all vendors,” Jones says.

“We believe that Waiheke is going to continue to show growth due to its beach location, proximity to Auckland city and one of the easiest commutes in town. With NZSIR having access to a global network, we are able to reach high net worth individuals who are looking for property in spectacular locations such as Waiheke Island.”

The move comes at a time of major expansion for NZSIR, with the leading real estate agency launching more offices throughout the country. This month has also seen the opening of a new office in Kerikeri and Marlborough, plus new offices in Matakana and Parnell are set to open soon.
