Access4 signs leading wholesale carrier Vibe Communications

Vibe becomes Access4's first wholesale BroadSoft provider in NZ

Auckland, NZ, 30 August 2016 Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) provider, Access4, today announced it has signed New Zealand and Australia's leading wholesale- exclusive provider of International Layer 2, Wholesale IP Transit and automated access service aggregation, Vibe Communications.

Access4 is providing its full range of Unified Communications (UC) solutions to Vibe and its resellers in NZ. This includes Hosted PBX, UCaaS and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

Vibe will be the first carrier to provide wholesale BroadSoft services in NZ.

Davey Goode, CTO/Founder, Vibe Communications said they had always wanted to offer BroadSoft to customers but it required heavy investment in capital and time. “Access4’s model has removed these challenges and allowed us to go to market quickly.” Vibe was looking to offer Wholesalers an end-to-end solution including Hosted PBX and UCaaS, which would complement its existing voice business.

“Customers no longer want to buy a PBX for their office and they are actively seeking a hosted solution with no capital investment. We looked at multiple hosted PBX offerings but nothing did what BroadSoft would do. The other solutions we tried fell short on functionality or were not easy to deliver to our customers,” said Goode.

Access4 Sales and Marketing Director Ruy Franco said that the partnership with Vibe delivered multiple benefits for both companies.

“This partnership provides a footprint for Access4 services into NZ and has allowed us to extend our BroadSoft presence into NZ using Intellipath. We will use Vibe’s voice carriage in NZ, which will allow us to switch calls locally in NZ for NZ customers and more importantly makes Australia and NZ one platform for Access4.” All Access4 call packs will now include calls to NZ fixed land lines and mobiles as part of their included calls, and customers in Australia can buy a call pack from Australia that will also provide local calls in NZ for NZ offices.

Goode said, “The team at Access4 has been flexible and responsive to what we want to offer to our customers. We have a wholesale portal that our customers use and we have been able to integrate into SASBOSS so that our customers can use the same interface giving them end-to-end automation of Voice, Hosted PBX and UcaaS.” We are looking forward to working with Access4 and enabling our Wholesalers to take this great solution to their customers,” concluded Goode.
