MinterEllisonRuddWatts appoint new Environment and Resource Management Partner

Top tier law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts is pleased to announce that environment and resource management expert Bianca Tree is joining the partnership.

Bianca will co-lead the firm's Environment team, and brings with her 16 years of experience gained at other top tier New Zealand law firms.

Bianca advises several of New Zealand's largest property and infrastructure companies. Her recent work includes representing these companies in submissions on the Auckland Unitary Plan, where she played a role in key provisions and the zone framework which will shape Auckland’s future. Bianca also has experience across all resource sectors and provides clear, strategic advice on the resource consent process.

Bianca said: "I'm looking forward to joining MinterEllisonRuddWatts. The firm's environmental law work is held in high regard by key industry players, and its property and infrastructure teams are especially valued. These, coupled with the clients I will work with, were major draw cards for me."
