SAN FRANCISCO, CA (8 September 2016) --- Promapp Solutions, an industry leading provider of cloud-based process management software for creating and managing business processes online, has been awarded a contract by JE Dunn Construction Company.

Empowered by leadership to improve process management at JE Dunn, Knowledge Managers, Matt Spears and Matt Wendel, sought the proper tool to help with this effort. Promapp will enable JE Dunn to document and manage processes and provide their staff with easy and consistent access to a centralised set of processes and knowledge. Promapp will simplify process documentation, management, and optimisation.

JE Dunn deals regularly with a wide range of policy, processes, and reference documents. In the past, these vital resources were maintained in hard-copy binders and inconsistently stored in the company’s intranet. This made it nearly impossible to ensure timely and accurate updates. Additionally, this format did not support JE Dunn’s objective to fully engage their employees in the continuous improvement process.
