New National Leasing Manager Shopping Centres for Stride
15 September 2016: Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) has appointed Rod Webber to the position of National Leasing Manager Shopping Centres, based at their Auckland head office.
Rod has recently returned from nine years in the United Kingdom where he held senior roles in the shopping centre industry. His most recent role was Senior Asset Manager at Intu Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex, a property valued at approximately NZ$2.5 billion. At Intu Lakeside he was responsible for all facets of asset management including leasing.
Prior to moving to the UK, Rod worked in leasing roles for HG Livingstones and Colliers where he gained detailed knowledge of the New Zealand market.
Rod commences his new role at Stride on 26 September 2016.
