Ingram Micro NZ appointed distributor for Belkin NZ

Ingram Micro NZ appointed exclusive distributor for Belkin NZ

Will provide the full range of Belkin products exclusively for the NZ channel

Auckland, New Zealand, 9 November, 2016 – Ingram Micro, New Zealand’s largest distributor of technology products, today announced it has been appointed the exclusive Belkin distributor in New Zealand.

Gary Bigwood, Managing Director of Ingram Micro New Zealand, says the company is delighted with the opportunities that the exclusive Belkin appointment offers.

“Belkin has one of the broadest ranges of accessories and connectivity solutions available today for smart phones, tablets and personal computers. Whether it be at home, in the office, on the road or anywhere you need to connect, there is almost no area of day-to-day life that can’t be enhanced with a Belkin product. That’s why we are seriously delighted with the opportunity to work so closely with Belkin to expand its reach in the New Zealand market.”

“As the exclusive distributor, Ingram Micro can concentrate on delivering the full range of Belkin products and supporting our resellers to further develop and expand the market. Belkin is a perfect fit for our partners because the breadth of the range makes it easy for them to select product sets which are optimised for their clients requirements,” says Bigwood.

Stephanie Ogden, Managing Director, Belkin ANZ, says, “Ingram Micro’s channels in the New Zealand market are both wide and deep, enabling us to continue to expand our presence and further grow our market share.”

“Recent global announcements, including the iPhone 7 launch, have continued to showcase our ability to quickly deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to market. Coupling this with a partner who brings extensive local reach, so these solutions are seen equally as quickly by end consumers, is paramount to the future success of our business.”

“We look forward to working with Ingram Micro and its channel partners,” says Ogden.

The new exclusive distribution agreement is effective immediately and Bigwood says Ingram Micro has the full range of Belkin products available for all its reseller partners.
