Colliers International’s director of project marketing Jeff Davidson says the three-level townhouses represent incredible value and deliver the ultimate townhouse lifestyle.

Of the four townhouses left, three have two-bedrooms and one has three bedrooms.

Mr Davidson says the three two-bedroom townhouses have 112sqm of internal living spaces over two floors plus a rooftop deck of another 54sqm with outstanding views of Cornwall Park. They are priced between $1,390,000 and $1,450,000 and come with two secure car parks.

The three-bedroom townhouse is 137sqm over two floors plus a rooftop deck of 68sqm, and is priced at $1,700,000 with two secure carparks.

Of the 246 apartments in total only seven dwellings remain for sale. The other three include one superiorly appointed 279sqm three-bedroom penthouse with a 51sqm west facing balcony which overlooks Cornwall Park and allows for views north over Alexandra Park and to the city skyline beyond.
