Century 21 opens four new offices

Four new Century 21 New Zealand offices have had their official openings, with Century 21 National Manager Geoff Barnett saying the company is looking forward to further franchise openings next year.

Last week over four consecutive days, ribbons were cut for Central 21 Crow Realty in Kaukapakapa; Century 21 Premier (Turangi); Century 21 Platinum (Tuakau); and Century 21 Sunrise Realty in Somerville, Meadowlands.

Mr Barnett says the four openings in as many days reflects Century 21 New Zealand’s renewed growth drive. In recent years the company has successfully grown its profile, offices, agents, listings, and sales with further growth planned nationwide.

“We are now actively seeking expressions of interest from qualified and ambitious industry professionals for new franchise opportunities. Our business and brand are only getting stronger in New Zealand and so now is the time to get on board,” he says.

Century 21 is also focused on securing a greater presence and stake in the commercial property sector in New Zealand.
