Leaders Real Estate Wairarapa rebrand with Ray White

The Ray White Group is proud to welcome leading Wairarapa Real Estate identities Brad Chittick and Marty Berry as part of the Leaders Real Estate group who are rebranding to Ray White this week.

The balance of the Leaders network will join over the next period and will be fully onboarded by February 2017.

The Leaders Real Estate offices in Wairarapa are located in Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Featherston and Martinborough and specialise in selling property through the tender process. Under the stewardship of real estate identities, Brad Chittick and Marty Berry, the offices have been successfully operating as part of Leaders since its inception.

With the Wairarapa area rebranding taking place this month, Mr Chittick said the whole team is very excited to be joining Ray White.

“We’re particularly excited about Ray White’s world-class customer experience process and we’re looking forward to getting this on board. It will not only assist in continuing to increase business, but it will give a moral and cultural lift throughout the whole team,” he said.

“We hold the highest standards of client service and we believe Tender offers a better service for the vendor. From a strategic perspective it enables us to control the competition and be more effective in the management of the sales process,” Mr Berry said.

Carey Smith, Ray White New Zealand Chief Executive, said that the Leaders Group have similar values to Ray White with integrity, family and being proud of every transaction at the core of what they do.

“Brad Chittick, Marty Berry, and the entire Wairarapa team exemplify leading customer service and continue to build their business on being fully engaged in each sale and client interaction,” he said.

The Wairarapa real estate market remains in a relatively buoyant state. Comprising residential and lifestyle properties with some commercial interests as well as good rural fair, dependant on the rural input with dairy farming, sheep and some orchard contribution, Wairarapa’s average property value sits around $300,000.

The Leaders’ additional businesses throughout the Wellington region will transition in early 2017.

“Our Wairarapa team will now be equipped with the power of a truly international brand in Ray White, alongside greater technology, systems and customer care tools,” Carey Smith said.
