St John & First Union Reach Agreement
ST JOHN AND FIRST UNION REACH AGREEMENT
We are pleased to announce First Union, the union representing over half the operational staff at St John, will be taking an offer of settlement to its members with a recommendation to accept this offer.
The new offer addresses issues raised by First Union after a previous offer, agreed with the other unions, was rejected by First Union. This includes additional increases in pay and improved leave provisions.
St John looks forward to building a more constructive working relationship with employee representatives. To support this new era, St John has established a Joint Consultative Forum with proportional representation from all unions to proactively focus on contemporary issues facing St John and its staff.
