New Data Extraction Capability Launched

Advanced Business Manager (ABM) has announced the launch of its new and innovative data extraction service, ABM Billfeeds.

ABM is a comprehensive accounting and business management solution, constantly innovating its product for the next generation of business. ABM’s prime focus is on utilising new technologies and growing its unique product offerings to ensure ABM users have the best software available.

ABM’S latest offering to continuously enhance users’ experience is ABM Billfeeds. ABM Billfeeds is a service that automatically extracts and processes data from business documents such as supplier invoices, customer orders and remittances. These documents can be scanned or uploaded directly to ABM Billfeeds, giving users the ability to streamline administration functions and bring new efficiencies to their business.

ABM NZ Manager, Chris Graham says “We are excited to bring this innovative and easy to use service to all ABM users. Organisations using the ABM Billfeeds service will find their staff productivity increases along with more timely and accurate processing of invoices.”

Graham says that users who have tested the service were really pleased with the results they achieved “ABM customers who have used the software in our testing phase are continuing to use ABM Billfeeds beyond the trial. They are very happy with the efficiency, accuracy and timeliness in which documents are continually captured and processed.”

The data extraction technology is powered by Xtracta, run by artificial intelligence and automatically captures data from documents. This simplifies the business process of users dealing with inputting data. Xtracta Founder and CEO Jonathan Spence says of ABM’s use of the technology “It’s great to see another fantastic accounting software provider using Xtracta’s technology to enable users to automate workflow processes.”

Users of ABM will be able to access the service from within the ABM system from March 2017 onwards.
