Adulttoymegastore’s site-wide sale blurs boundaries between adult toys and popular culture

Adulttoymegastore, an online adult toy retailer operating in Australia and New Zealand, is offering adult toy lovers and Game of Thrones fans something special for their bi-annual sale, including four weeks of Game of Thrones themed deals and giveaways.

Adulttoymegastore marketing executive Emma Hewitt says Game of Thrones fans are loving the sale theme, which will run until the end of September 2017.

“Sex is such a prominent part of Game of Thrones, and the team at Adulttoymegastore are all fans, so we thought our ‘Game of Moans’ promotion would tie in nicely!” Emma explains.

“The coolest part is we’ve selected products and designed the sale page and promotion in keeping with the Game of Thrones houses, which will change each week for four weeks.”

She says the Game of Thrones series fits well with the sex toy industry, which gave the adult retailer an opportunity to get creative.

“We designed a Game of Thrones sale page where the house flags wave in the breeze and snow flies at you. We’re really happy with how it turned out – people are loving it so far.”

The Adulttoymegastore ‘Game of Moans’ sale is also intended to help ease the pain Game of Thrones fans are currently facing by having to wait a year until their beloved show releases the next series.

“Game of Thrones fans have to wait a year for the next season to be released, so we thought we would offer them a little something to help tie them over for the next month by offering a Game of Thrones sale that offers something new and different each week.”

Emma says the online retailer has been operating since 2009 and this is Adulttoymegastore’s biggest sale and giveaway combination to-date.

“We’ve already given away hundreds of dollars’ worth of free products, and there are three more weeks’ worth of sales and giveaways to go!”

Every Tuesday night at 8pm (NZST) a brand-new collection of toys will appear on the website’s sale page with free products and heavily discounted items, which can be claimed on a first-in, first-served basis.

“There are three sales tiers to enjoy – legendary, epic and rare. We have classic discounted toys, top sellers at their lowest prices ever, and a bunch of free stuff, too,” Emma explains.

“We have limited it to one free item per person per week so that more people have a chance, but people can claim as many discounted products as their heart desires. Stock is limited so we suggest people get here fast!”

Each toy collection will appear on the sale page for one week, or until the item has sold out. All leftover products will go back to their regular price at the end of the sale as soon as a new collection takes its place.

“It doesn't matter if you love Game of Thrones or just want to play the Game of Moans, we have everyone covered during our site-wide sale!”
