Spark expand TaaS to offer seamless end-to-end solutions

Spark has added contact centre, unified communication, cloud security access brokerage and site connectivity to their already expansive Telecommunications as a Service (TaaS) portfolio.

The recent additions have further strengthened Spark’s ability to offer government agencies seamless end-to-end TaaS solutions that meet business outcomes and leverage various common capability agreements.

Jolie Hodson, CEO of Spark Digital says, “We are particularly excited about the addition of unified communication and contact centre services as it allows Government agencies to increase productivity, reduce business expenditure, enable remote working and deliver better services to New Zealanders.”

Spark offers services across the TaaS portfolio that include Cisco’s hosted collaboration solutions, Microsoft Skype for Business and award-winning contact centre solution Genesys PureCloud.

Together, Spark and Genesys deliver a true cloud-based contact centre offering to the TaaS marketplace, enabling small to large eligible agencies to change how they manage their customer interactions that are both cost-effective and scalable.
