ASX 24 derivatives market review

1st March 2019

The FMA has today published the findings of its obligations review of the ASX 24 derivatives market.

The review did not identify any significant issues, and the FMA is generally satisfied that ASX is meeting the conditions of its market operator licence.

The FMA is required to report at least once every two years on how well ASX 24 is meeting its licensed market operator obligations.

This review covers the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2018.

This is our second review of ASX 24 since its licence came into effect on 1 December 2014.
