Top NZ realtor in just two years

Wellingtonian Jeh Wasti started his real estate career in 2016. By the end of 2018 he was Century 21 New Zealand’s Top Salesperson for the Year (for Gross Closed Commission).

The 33-year-old was honoured at Century 21 New Zealand’s Annual Awards in Auckland recently. He also took away the real estate company’s prestigious Centurion Award, which puts him among the top two percent of Century 21’s global workforce of over 130,000 salespeople in over 7,500 locations.

The evening was attended by chairman and owner of Century 21 Australasia Charles Tarbey and executive director, Michael Baliviera.

“Jeh’s rise in real estate has been phenomenal. He’s brilliant with people and always puts their goals and requirements first. He’s the best example of when salespeople focus on exceptional service, the winning part takes care of itself,” says Ryan Mitchell, National Manager of Century 21 New Zealand.

Jeh Wasti’s commercial career includes working in banking, sales, and shipping. He also has a Commerce Degree in International Business from Victoria University.

After doing his real estate papers he joined Century 21 First Choice Realty on Wellington’s Courtney Place and hasn’t looked back.

“It’s a great team led by Joe Lupi who’s been really supportive. 2018 was obviously a good year for me helped by listing and selling a number of apartments on Dixon and Molesworth streets and Oriental Bay. Then there were several standalone houses on the city fringe and in the northern suburbs,” he says.

2018 was a great year for Century 21 in Wellington, with the office taking out several awards.
