DLA Piper announces top female lawyer to join expanding Real Estate team AS PARTNER

Leading global law firm DLA Piper is expanding its real estate offering by adding to its Real Estate team leading commercial property lawyer Davida Dunphy.

Davida Dunphy has advised on some of the largest and most transformational projects both in New Zealand and the UK from initial strategy through the entire life cycle.

She is a woman in a traditionally male space, who knows how to get deals done.

Davida has been General Counsel (Precinct Properties) and at the top table for some of the biggest commercial property deals in New Zealand.

Davida's insights set her apart from other lawyers practising in the property area. None have been on the executive team of a NZX25-listed company. You can't beat actual commercial NZX experience.

She has direct commercial insight and understanding of the business drivers, risk appetite and commercial content of transactions.

Davida's particular experience is in commercial and mixed-use development, acquisitions/disposals, portfolio management, land ownership structures and forestry matters.

Davida joins Partners Justin March and Heath Brunton creating one of the most formidable Real Estate teams in the country.
