As a result, REINZ has partnered with the Skills Organisation to now offer the New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), which is recognised by the NZQA to help improve professionalism, transparency and best practice across the Property Management industry.

Bindi Norwell, Chief Executive at REINZ says: “This is about helping to improve the skills and knowledge of property managers to help ensure that a more level playing field operates across the industry.
