Allen Realty offers Auckland tenants gardening discount Club Cards

Auckland wide specialist property managers Allen Realty Ltd have teamed up with Kings Plant Barn to offer all new tenants and landlords automatic access to VIP discount Club Cards. This is the latest in new initiatives from Allen Realty who also offer tenants additional resources such as the setup of utilities accounts, contents insurance and ongoing cleaning/lawn mowing quotes.

Simon Allen ‘REINZ Property Manager of the Year 2011’ reports “Tenants who take pride in the presentation of their home and gardens are usually happy tenants who stay long term and pay the rent. Tenants with established vege gardens usually don’t plan to leave anytime soon”. Allen Realty believes that offering these additional benefits will help encourage tenants to stay long term. The Club Card offers all Allen Realty tenants and landlords direct easy access to member only specials, discount vouchers (for every $300 they spend they will receive a $10 voucher), educational newsletters (advising what and when to plant/pick/maintain) and regular competitions where every six months a tenant will win a $50 Kings voucher.
