Telecom Extends NZ’s Best Value Prepaid Pack

MEDIA RELEASE

Friday 1 February, 2013

Telecom Extends NZ’s Best Value Prepaid Pack

Telecom announced today that it is extending the availability of its highly popular ‘Big Value Prepaid Pack’ until the end of June 2013. Customers who sign up to the pack before 31 March 2013 will also qualify for calls to Telecom mobiles until the end of March 2013 (fair use policy applies), so long as they keep topping up and renewing the pack.

The Telecom $19 Big Value Prepaid Pack includes 60 national minutes (to any network), non-stop texts and 500mb of data.

Telecom’s Chief Marketing Officer Jason Paris said, “We’ve had a huge response to our $19 prepaid pack and so we’re really pleased to be able to extend the offer beyond the summer months.

“Those customers who are already on the pack can keep it going simply by topping up each month, and Telecom prepaid customers who wish to sign up can now do so until the end of this June.

“And of course, customers who are with another mobile company who want to take advantage of this deal should come on over to Telecom! It’s a great offer - they can bring their mobile number with them, and until 31 March they will get free calls to Telecom mobiles. Not only that, but our SIM cards are only $5 - so there’s really no reason not to.”

For other terms and conditions see http://www.telecom.co.nz/mobile/mobile/plansandpricing/big/.

Customers can sign up to and manage Prepaid Value Packs on their phone through the T-World or Your Telecom applications, or online at www.telecom.co.nz/ytmobile/.
