Purple Sherbet wins the game

Purple Sherbet wins the game

26th February 2013

Auckland based entrepreneur Nick Hindson has formed an alliance with premier brand building consultancy Purple Sherbet to promote his newest venture, the business board game - Market Share.

Nick has spent his spare time over the last three and half years developing the game and after all that fine tuning he’s ready to launch it to the world with a little help from the creative minds at Purple Sherbet.

Market Share is a business-based board game designed to bring out the entrepreneurial skill of players. As players build their empire they will need to consider components such as strategy, risk management, budgeting, asset planning, negotiation and cash flow – just as you would in the real world.

In true entrepreneurial style, Nick approached real New Zealand businesses to purchase space on the board, which generated funds for the games development.

Launched late last year, Market Share is still in its fledgling stage, which makes it the crème de la crème of clients for Purple Sherbet. The Ellerslie based brand-building consultancy specialises in SME’s and has helped a number of emerging companies get from where they were to where they wanted to be.

Sarah Davies, managing director of Purple Sherbet, is thrilled to be working on this project. “Market Share is such a unique product,” she says. “There really isn’t anything else like it out there and to be involved from the very beginning, and be a part of the developments as they happen, is really exciting.”

Market Share is available nation wide at The Warehouse or from www.marketsharegame.co.nz RRP $89.99
