Back To The Future Day is here tomorrow!

Firefly Cinemas are showing Back To The Future Part 2 tomorrow, on the day made famous by the movie - Wednesday 21st October 2015.

Lower Hutt's Riverbank carpark will be transformed into the Twin Pines Mall, complete with Marty McFly & Doc Brown with their DeLorean! Over 150 vehicles will be showing up to this sold out event, to enjoy an awesome movie on an awesome date.

Back To The Future Part 2 is the first of four movies that Firefly Cinemas is bringing to Lower Hutt this October, before touring the drive-in cinema experience throughout the Lower North Island. Palmerston North is next on the cards in November showing The Lion King, and the sold-out Grease.

Co-Founder Jonno Morrissey was looking forward to giving back to local charities in the area this season too. “By changing the way we operate the drive-in this Summer, we are in a position where we can donate 1/3rd of ticket sales to three local Lower Hutt charities”.

Firefly Cinemas Marketing Director Brady Dyer said he was looking forward to their third summer of bringing these nostalgic events to the masses. "We've changed our business model this summer to allow us to travel the drive-in experience around so that more Wellingtonians can enjoy the events."
