Introducing a New Strategy Service

Introducing a New Strategy Service

In addition to the strategy design and development services BMSW already offers, I have recently been invited by Choice To Growth Ltd to represent them here in New Zealand. Choice To Growth is an Australian domiciled firm focused on agile growth strategy innovation and consultation. Their current foundation product is Vennli and you can view the product demonstration video at www.vennli.com . BMSW will continue to offer you and your colleagues a range of consulting services and these will now be enhanced by additional offerings from Choice To Growth and Vennli.

So, What is Vennli?
Vennli is a “software as a service” strategy tool that enables you to quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively understand how your customers make brand choices and where you are winning and losing in the battle for their minds and business. You can focus in on specific customer segments, competitors and attributes (or choice factors!) and quickly build a growth strategy that is 100% focused on the things that matter most to your (or your competitors’) customers.

It delivers visual outputs that are easily understood by marketers and non-marketers alike, creating excellent cohesion and alignment across the whole organisation. It even allows you to easily compare the internal team view of your products and services with the external customer view.

Alongside Vennli, BMSW will offer coaching, workshops and other support to ensure that your growth journey is smooth and successful.
